The importance of Pilates?
We believe Pilates is a great way of improving your whole-body strength and mobility and we’re delighted to be able to bring this form of exercise to you, at home.
Pilates has so many benefits, helping you:
- Build up strength and optimise joint movement before surgery
- Improve strength and joint mobility following orthopaedic surgery
- Aid recovery and movement following an injury or fall
- Improve whole body strength, balance and confidence

What To Bring
Your own mat, headblock or towel to use as a headrest
Your own spikey ball, theraband and oval ball are optional extras
If you don’t have any of the above, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you
What you can expect
Whether you are new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, we will tailor each session to your needs
Each session is 1 hour long and can either be 1 to 1 sessions with our physio or in small classes
Because our sessions are physio led all exercise will be modified to suit you
Improvement of core strength and restoring normal muscle balance
Friendly and relaxed atmosphere
We cover: South West London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Other areas can be visited upon request.
