Prevent & Sustain Rehabilitation
Helping you keep stronger and feeling better for longer
The Importance Of Ongoing Rehabiliation?
Rehabilitation doesn’t necessarily end once you’ve achieved your short-term goals such as improving range of movement or increasing muscle strength. For most patients, there will still be a need to continue to rebuild muscles and enhance movement patterns that have been compromised compensations before surgery was undertaken or the severe nature of the trauma. It is important you maintain a regular routine of strengthening and conditioning practices to ensure you optimise movement and ensure a lasting improvement.
